Job summary

Datavant is hiring a CPC Processor I Customer Support in the United States to ensure the accurate and timely handling of release of information account issues with internal and external customers while maintaining professionalism.

You will answer inquiries by phone, email or written correspondence, document interactions in our systems, follow department procedures, and maintain strict confidentiality. Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm PST with remote-friendly options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institute.
• Friendly, professional communication with good customer service skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and basic MS-Office proficiency.
• Experience in Data Entry, Medical Records or Health Care is beneficial.
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented; HIPAA basics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and conduct business on the telephone with excellent customer service.
• Handle release of information inquiries accurately and timely.
• Review, research, resolve and respond to inquiries via phone, email or written correspondence.
• Document all calls and resolutions in our software systems in detail.
• Follow department procedures and meet productivity and QA expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional rapport with colleagues and customers.
• Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm PST schedule; comply with company policies.
• Attend mandatory trainings and maintain acceptable attendance.
