Datavant is seeking a CPC Processor I Customer Support to ensure accurate handling of releases of information requests and to support internal and external customers with professionalism.

You will answer calls, document all interactions, and follow department procedures while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service. This remote role offers a competitive hourly rate and a commitment to equal employment opportunity.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional manner of communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone system required.
• Intermediate/advanced MS-Office proficiency; one year experience beneficial.
• Experience in Data Entry / Medical Records / Health Care/ Insurance Claims processing beneficial.
• Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
• Completion of HIPAA training and ROI certification course with passing score may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and conduct business on the telephone with excellent customer service.
• Handle release of information inquiries accurately and timely.
• Research, resolve and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence.
• Document calls and resolutions in the software systems.
• Follow department procedures and achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Attend required training and maintain attendance as scheduled.
