Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Extensive call center and healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM and medical enrollment processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate and support LTC enrollment.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and follow-ups in Salesforce.
• Document calls and outcomes in enrollment databases and systems.
• Coordinate fulfillment kits and information for prospective members.
