Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Member / Customer Service experience.
• Availability to work 8 1/2 hour shift across stated hours.
• Capability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet.
• Tech savvy with Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Organized, multi-tasking and detail oriented.
• Understanding of cultural differences and needs of the community.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address needs while meeting service levels.
• Create and follow up for LTC Leads and Opportunities in Salesforce.
• Create and follow up for Personal Care requests in Salesforce.
• Answer calls or make outbound calls per scripts.
• Search ePACEs for Medicaid eligibility and codes.
• Search Marx (CMS) for Medicare eligibility and elections.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly growth goals.
• Connect consumers with the State broker for initial evaluation.
• Schedule appointments for SHP Intake Nurses and HF CompleteCare staff in Salesforce.
• Document calls, outcomes, and special instructions in Salesforce.
