Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls per scripts and SLAs.
• Create and follow up on Long-Term Care leads in Salesforce.
• Coordinate appointments and educate on LTC enrollment processes.
• Search Medicaid/Medicare eligibility in systems (ePACe, CMS).
• Document interactions in Salesforce and pre-enrollment databases.
• Support field staff and perform other duties, including weekend shifts as needed.
