Healthfirst is seeking a Relationship Coordinator to support Medicare Advantage and MLTC programs. The role educates referral sources, enrollees and families about enrollment processes and product lines, using Salesforce and other PHI databases to maintain accurate records.

Working in a paperless call center, you will manage calls, schedule appointments, coordinate fulfillment materials, and collaborate with field staff to meet enrollment targets while ensuring compliance and excellent member

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Customer service experience in healthcare settings.
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts within operating hours.
• Comfort with remote work and reliable internet.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls in a healthcare environment.
• Familiar with Salesforce and other PHI databases.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls while meeting service levels.
• Educate referral sources and enrollees about LTC enrollment.
• Schedule appointments in Salesforce for SHP, CompleteCare, and Intake Nurses.
• Document calls and outcomes in Salesforce and pre-enrollment systems.
• Coordinate fulfillment kits and information for prospective members.
• Work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
