Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote, full-time Reimbursement Management Leader to oversee reimbursement activities across infusion and specialty pharmacy units. You will guide referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections while ensuring outstanding customer service for franchise partners, payers, and patients.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance within revenue cycle policies, with a strong focus on team development and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of home infusion therapy experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple reimbursement teams handling referrals, authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Allocate resources to meet KPIs and monitor workloads.
• Drive financial and department metrics to meet targets.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and conduct performance reviews for Supervisors.
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures for revenue cycle functions.
