Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services, LLC is seeking a Reimbursement Manager to oversee billing, authorizations, and collections across infusion and specialty pharmacy units, focusing on referral intake and payer interactions.

You will lead a large team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance against KPIs while maintaining outstanding customer service for franchise partners and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Lead and coach a team of up to 60 staff to meet KPIs.
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Serve as escalation point for franchise partners and patients.
• Monitor payroll accuracy and staff performance.
