Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a senior reimbursement leader to oversee referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections across infusion and specialty pharmacy units. You will drive regulatory compliance and build a high-performing team delivering timely reimbursement from payers.

This full-time remote role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3–5 years of home infusion experience, and at least 5 years of management, with a strong focus on KPIs and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in processing referrals, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Monitor KPIs, allocate resources, and optimize staffing to meet targets.
• Coach Supervisors 1:1 and conduct annual performance reviews; provide counseling as needed.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and assist with escalation of franchise partner or patient complaints.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for revenue cycle activities.
