NHE, Inc. seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to support policy development and monitor procedures across HUD, LIHTC, HOME, and related programs. This role involves training staff, coordinating regulatory inspections, and maintaining compliance records. Travel and occasional supervision duties may apply.

The position requires residency within SC or NC, with a focus on property management regulations and regulatory reporting accuracy. Remote work is available within the portfolio footprint.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in HUD, Rural Development, LIHTC and HOME programs.
• Property Manager license required or Housing Credit Certified Professional designation (HCCP).
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and monitoring of company policies and procedures.
• Manage regulatory compliance with HUD, LIHTC, HOME, and related programs.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and occupancy data to stakeholders.
• Coordinate inspections and respond to compliance findings.
• Train staff and supervise onsite teams when needed.
• Travel as required and use vehicle for on-site tasks.
