NHE, Inc. is recruiting a Regulatory Compliance Manager to support affordable property management compliance, training and policy development.

The role involves collaborating with the VP of Affordable Property Management and Regional Property Managers on special projects, audits, and reporting. Must have HUD/LIHTC/HOME program experience, a property management license or HCCP, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Five years’ experience in HUD, Rural Development, LIHTC and HOME programs.
• Property Manager license or Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
• Knowledge of apartment management laws at federal, state, and local level.

Responsabilidades

• Assist compliance leadership with staff training and development.
• Review regulatory documentation for HUD, LIHTC and HOME programs.
• Prepare and submit annual HOME rent approvals and compliance reports.
• Coordinate inspections and respond to regulatory findings.
• Maintain EIV files and SAMS updates as required.
