NHE, Inc (N&H Enterprises) is seeking a Community Manager for its Affordable Management Business Unit. The role oversees fiscal accountability, marketing, development, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision across assigned LIHTC or Section 8 communities.

You’ll liaise with owners and regulators and ensure leasing, reporting, and maintenance meet NHE standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent apartment management experience, strong customer service, leasing skills,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience in apartment management.
• Customer service and leasing/marketing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel and web-based apartment management software (Yardi Voyager).

Aufgaben

• Complete move ins/outs/re-certifications/Interims per HUD and NHE guidelines.
• Monitor compliance with LIHTC, HUD, HOME, HTF, etc.
• Oversee Fair Housing compliance and program-specific regulations.
• Supervise staff and manage staffing, training, and performance.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Ensure property maintenance programs meet NHE standards and resident requests are addressed.
