Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Quality & Compliance Advisor to oversee review and correction of customs entries, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and guiding a team in a fast-paced operation. You will train staff, run reports, and drive improvements across departments.

Responsibilities include leading a team, coaching staff, maintaining compliance documentation, and collaborating with management, customers and agencies to deliver high‑level service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and standard office equipment.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, tariff classification principles, and brokerage operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational, analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct customs entries for accuracy; ensure compliance with all requirements.
• Lead and oversee team members; provide direction, guidance and training as needed.
• Run daily and monthly ad hoc reporting; analyze results to identify trends and elevate to management.
• Identify process improvements and participate in cross-department meetings.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release; maintain compliance documentation.
• Handle confidential information and work with internal staff, customers and government agencies.
