Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Quality Abstraction/Registry Lead to manage data synthesis, reporting, and registry compliance across enterprise programs. This fully remote role supports system-wide quality initiatives from a national scope and will coordinate with facility executives and clinical leadership.

You will oversee data collection, interoperability, audits, and reporting while guiding a team of registry professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare field.
• Three years of quality, abstraction, registry experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of data supporting system-level quality projects.
• Establishes registry support services and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensures timely collection and submission of data to CMS, payors, and accrediting bodies.
• Oversees data interoperability and validation processes for abstraction, entry, and reporting.
• Coordinates oversight of registries to ensure data integrity across the enterprise.
• Leads multiple projects with limited supervision and develops validation/audit processes.
• Supports service line committees by providing required data for quality improvements.
• Maintains confidentiality and regulatory compliance for data submission.
