Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registry and Quality Data Lead to manage a team responsible for clinical data synthesis, abstraction, and reporting across enterprise quality initiatives. The role partners with facility executives and service lines to translate operational needs into actionable analytics and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a healthcare-related field, 3+ years in quality/registry with supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of software, data quality, data management, and presentation.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and accreditation standards by the various agencies applicable to data abstraction and reporting.
• Demonstrates strong analytic skills and problem-solving ability to adequately analyze and display complex clinical data.
• Proficient use of Microsoft office or similar products to produce, display, and maintain statistical data.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of internal and comparative data in support of system strategic, operational and quality projects.
• Establishes registry support services including all aspects of registry compliance with all applicable state agencies, federal regulations and statutes.
• Oversees development and implementation of interoperability and validity processes, ensuring hardware and software requirements are in place to support efficiency and accuracy of documentation for abstraction, entry and submission.
• Coordinates management oversight of all assigned registries across the enterprise to ensure uniformity, accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the databases throughout the enterprise.
• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects independent of or with little supervision from leadership.
