Advocate Health is seeking a Quality Abstraction Manager to lead a team responsible for clinical data synthesis, abstraction, and reporting across enterprise quality initiatives. The role partners with facility executives and operational leads to translate clinical needs into actionable analytics, ensuring data accuracy and submission standards.

You will oversee registry compliance, data interoperability, and the development of validation processes, drive improvements, and mentor staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manages a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of internal and comparative data.
• Establishes registry support services ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Oversees data collection, submission, and reporting for CMS, payor, and accreditation entities.
• Coordinates interoperability and validity processes to support accurate data abstraction.
• Leads and coordinates implementation of data system software and reporting tools.
