Advocate Health is seeking a Quality Abstraction Leader to manage data abstraction, registry operations, and reporting across the enterprise. You will collaborate with executives and line leaders to drive improvements in clinical performance and compliance with standards.

The role requires supervisory experience in a healthcare registry environment and strong data analytics, with proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Three years of quality, abstraction, registry experience with one year of supervision.
• Five years of orthopedic/trauma exposure in clinical settings.
• Knowledge of data quality, data management, and presentation tools.
• Understanding of statutory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Strong analytic skills and proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data abstraction and registry operations across the enterprise.
• Ensure timely submission and compliance with state, federal, and accrediting bodies.
• Lead and develop registry staff with supervision responsibilities.
• Coordinate with service lines to improve clinical performance and outcomes.
• Manage interoperability and data submission processes and tools.
• Support site inspections and surveys by state or national agencies.
