Job summary

Advocate Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Data Quality Manager to lead a team focused on clinical data synthesis, reporting, and registry management across enterprise programs. This role supports system-wide quality projects and accreditation efforts.

You will collaborate with executives and service lines to translate clinical needs into analytic strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement interoperable data reporting tools to improve patient outcomes and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Three (3) years of quality, abstraction, registry experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in orthopedic/trauma settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to analyze data for system-wide quality projects.
• Ensure registry compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee data collection and reporting for CMS, payor, and accreditation bodies.
• Coordinate interoperability and data reporting tools across registries.
