Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Senior Registry/Quality Analyst to manage a team responsible for clinical data synthesis, distribution, and analysis to support system-wide quality initiatives. You will collaborate with facility executives and service line leaders to translate clinical needs into actionable analytics and reporting strategies.

The role emphasizes registry compliance with state and federal regulations, with oversight of data submission to CMS, payors, and accrediting bodies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field.
• Experience: 3 years in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year supervisory experience leading a team.
• Experience Preferred: 5 years orthopedic and/or trauma experience in OR, Med Surg, ER, or ICU.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of data for system projects.
• Collaborate with facility executives, service line leaders, and operational leads.
• Translate operational and clinical needs into analytic and reporting strategies for improvement opportunities.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and submission to governing entities.
• Ensure registry compliance with state/federal regulations and external accreditation standards.
