Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field.
• Three (3) years of quality, abstraction, registry experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 5 years of orthopedic and/or trauma experience (OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU).
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office for data presentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and accreditation standards for data abstraction and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of data.
• Oversees data collection, reporting, and submission to CMS, Payor, and accreditation entities.
• Leads interoperability and validity processes for abstraction and reporting; ensures tools support accuracy.
• Coordinates with service lines on development and execution plans for enterprise-wide quality improvements.
