The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), now part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registrar to oversee registration and records for online programs. The role involves maintaining academic records, scheduling, and SAP calculations while coordinating with on-ground campuses and regulatory bodies.

You will work remotely with a focus on compliance and process improvement, leveraging CampusVue and Nexus to manage student data and course enrollments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years of registrar experience.
• Familiarity with Registrar’s Office procedures and ED regulations.
• Ability to build business processes and operating manuals.
• Experience with CampusVue and Nexus preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate registration activities and maintain academic records.
• Enter schedules for new, continuing, and reentries; monitor SAP progress.
• Process enrollments, verifications, and transcript requests for regulatory bodies.
• Prepare reports for the Dept. of Education and accrediting agencies.
• Collaborate with campuses on CampusVue and Nexus operations.
