Job summary

Charter College is seeking a Central Registrar for a remote role to manage student records, course scheduling, and attendance within CampusNexus. You will collaborate with Admissions, Program Managers, and the VP of Academic Operations to ensure accurate records and compliant processes.

Responsibilities include registering students, updating transcripts, conducting degree audits, and processing transcript requests while coordinating with Student Finance and VA-related requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience managing, entering, updating, and reporting data.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook is expected.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student records and oversee course scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Ensure enrollment documents are accurate and properly recorded in CampusNexus.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Program Managers and VP to adjust schedules based on enrollment.
• Register students for courses and adjust schedules as needed.
• Update transcripts and reflect transfer credits and SAP status.
• Perform degree audits and process transcript requests.
• Review catalog and publications for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with staff training on registrar functions and CampusNexus usage.
