Responsibilities

• Manage a team of student workers including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Communicate policy and procedural information to students, former students, faculty and staff.
• Interpret policies and assist stakeholders in resolving problems and escalations.
• Draft and update internal business process documentation.
• Prepare, analyze, and monitor reports and maintain statistics on productivity output.
• Learn and operate various software systems to process and respond to inquiries.
