Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Regional Wholesaler to promote retirement plan products through financial intermediaries across the Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana region. Travel 3–4 days per week is required while the role remains fully remote.

You will educate Investment Professionals on retirement plan business, build advisor partnerships, and drive growth with cross-functional teams. A strong licensing and education background is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, or liberal arts preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, Series 63, Series 65, State Life/Annuity licenses required.
• Additional licenses/designations (CLU, ChFC, FLMI, CFP, ASPPA) preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in 401(k)/retirement plan business with advisor-driven market preferred, or direct 401(k) sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written skills; excellent group presentation ability.
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Siebel CRM proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Identifies and builds relationships with advisors and third-party administrators to promote Nationwide products and services.
• Assists Investment Professionals to identify and market to prospects.
• Educates IPs on all aspects of retirement plan business and encourages repeat business.
• Coordinates with specialists on cross-selling opportunities, referrals and joint meetings.
• Prepares proposals, presentations, and closing paperwork; assists at meetings with prospective customers.
• Promotes Nationwide products focusing on profitable growth in the territory.
• Assists in asset retention and servicing; field visits with IPs and coordination with corporate office.
• Participates in conferences and broker/dealer events; conducts city-wide meetings.
• Contributes to national and divisional meetings; serves on field committees as assigned.
• Provides input on products, services, competitors and industry trends.
