Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Regional VP of Customer Success to lead a high-performing CS organization across the Southeast & South Central regions. This remote role requires up to 50% travel and residency in the United States.

You will drive retention, expansion, adoption, and overall customer value realization for a defined portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize lifetime value, building scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in SaaS or customer success.
• Experience with ARR, retention, renewal management, and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable CS strategy aligned to SaaS growth objectives.
• Lead CS team; set performance expectations and coaching.
• Manage executive-level customer relationships and renewals.
• Forecast retention and expansion; monitor KPIs and health signals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services.
