Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Regional Vice President, Service to provide executive leadership for a large multi-state service region. You will oversee Regional Directors, Service Managers, and branch leaders to drive safety, profitability, and growth across the region.

This role is remote in the US Eastern time zone and requires travel. You will partner with Sales and BD to expand market presence and develop future leaders within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Proven leadership of large-scale service operations across multiple regions.
• Strong track record driving profitability and growth in a service-based org.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Regional Directors and service managers across multiple markets.
• Drive safety culture, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction region-wide.
• Set regional strategy, budgets, and growth objectives with executive team.
• Oversee revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and labor productivity metrics.
• Plan forecasting, workforce, and resource allocation for current/future demand.
• Develop leaders and succession plans across the region.
