Job summary

Piab Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Western US to grow customer base and drive profitable sales growth within the Vacuum Conveying division.

You will develop territory plans, work with channel partners and direct customers, and provide on-site technical support and training while traveling up to 50% of the time. Strong English, leadership, and Pneumatic knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in production equipment sales.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales via direct and channel partners in the Western US territory.
• Develop and implement territory business plans.
• Document sales activity using Salesforce CRM and Piab processes.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with channel partners.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers and partners.
