Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred, real estate office experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and marketing use cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service for agents and clients visiting our offices and promote available support services.
• Support agents with technology, process, or operational questions.
• Provide basic social media and marketing support to agents and manage office social media accounts on-demand.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to direct agents on questions related to transactions.
