Job summary

Property Leads is seeking a Customer Support Team Lead to own the day-to-day Support function within our Customer Success team. You will lead the Support Team while also working directly with customers to ensure fast response times, quality resolutions, and proactive problem-solving.

You will collaborate across departments to optimize workflows, maintain high CSAT, and coach team members in delivering exceptional service for a growing investor-focused client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Support, Customer Service or a related B2B function with a track record of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Experience with the real estate industry is preferred.
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point person for support requests through the ticketing platform and inbound calls/texts.
• Ensure customers receive fast, helpful answers with exceptional service.
• Review supporter communications to maintain high standards.
• Create simple processes and training to improve team performance.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Technology, Refunds and other teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Track team performance and share results with leadership.
• Help train new Support Team members.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and better workflows to increase efficiency.
