Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to oversee TSA Focus project delivery. The position is fully remote within the United States and requires leadership of a large IT support function for a federal agency.

The role demands 15+ years leading user support at scale, ability to manage budgets and schedules, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. A DHS/TSA clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading the user support function of a large agency-wide IT contract that serves a user community of 80K personnel.
• Clearance required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and commensurate experience may be substituted for stated years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
