Job summary

GovCIO seeks a Project Manager to support TSA. The role is primarily remote with some on-site requirements in Springfield, VA, and may include intermittent travel. You will lead a 24x7 service desk and coordinate IT support across tiers 0-2, while ensuring VIP level service and process improvements.

You will oversee advanced agent support, manage knowledge bases, and drive strategic technology assignments, influencing short-term project growth and success. A Public Trust is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of IT project management experience (or commensurate).
• Experience leading a large 24x7x365 Service Desk operation for 85K+ users.
• Expert capabilities in overseeing remote desktop, Active Directory, and mobility console support.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a large, 24x7x365 Service Desk operation across Tier 0, 1, and 2.
• Oversees testing of new applications and processes.
• Document all work and resolutions in the ITSM tool.
