WIN Reality, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to join our remote team and empower coaches and athletes with our training platform. You will build strong relationships with travel baseball and softball programs and drive adoption through proactive engagement.

In this role, you’ll manage a robust portfolio, travel across the assigned territory, and collaborate with partners to tailor solutions that enhance performance and retention.

Qualificações

• Experience selling to travel baseball/softball organizations is ideal.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territory.
• Knowledge of instructional equipment and associated software is a plus.
• Background check will be required on offer.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with travel organization owners and key decision makers, driving adoption and retention.
• Achieve/exceed sales results, develop customer relationships, and increase adoption.
• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of travel baseball and softball organizations.
• Lead and implement overall strategy, managing internal and account stakeholders.
• Manage opportunities in the sales funnel using CRM.
• Gain and maintain understanding of instruction equipment and software.
