• Educate customers on product features, configurations, and customization options.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements.

• Manage sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline information within CRM systems.
• Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across industries including construction, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and more.
• Follow established sales processes, policies, and procedures.
