Interstate Packaging seeks a Regional Sales Rep to drive growth, identify new markets, and pitch customers while maintaining strong relations with current clients. The role requires travel, plant visits, and collaboration with the sales team to maximize opportunities in the flexible packaging space.

The candidate will understand Interstate’s capabilities and be able to quote, write orders, and manage customer communications throughout the sales cycle.

Formación

• Outside sales experience in flexographic packaging preferred or equivalent field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new markets and sales opportunities in the packaging industry.
• Present and quote products to prospects and customers.
• Manage current customer relationships and service needs.
• Coordinate with production and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
