Job summary

Grundfos Water Treatment USA (Newterra) seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater, to drive aeration product sales for municipal wastewater applications across the United States. This role follows a remote work model and can be based anywhere in the U.S.

You will coach Manufacturer's Representatives, build relationships with utilities, engineers, and contractors, and manage opportunities from early development to purchase orders. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales quotas and orders.
• Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead opportunities from early development through bidding, negotiation, and purchase orders.
• Provide technical and consultative guidance on aeration systems (SBR, oxidation ditch, lagoon).
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast pipeline, and identify market trends.
• Serve as liaison between customers, reps, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
