Ethos Risk Services seeks a Regional Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and drive new business across the Kansas City territory. This remote, field-based role requires travel up to 25% for client meetings and development, with ideal candidates residing near a major metropolitan area.

You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers, and you will build tailored proposals while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in medical management (case management, IME, UR, Bill Review).
• Previous experience in investigative services preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, with roughly half in person and half virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences and events, collaborating with internal teams on onboarding clients.
