Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a Regional Account Manager to cover the Arizona territory in a full-time remote and field-based role. Up to 25% travel is required, with uncapped earning potential including guaranteed commissions for the first 12 months.

You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers, building a robust pipeline and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred, ideally in the medical management industry (case management, IME, UR, Bill Review).
• Previous experience in investigative services is preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Meetings: Run 2-3 client meetings per week, about half in person and half virtual.
• Account Growth: Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Business Development: Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Full Sales Cycle: Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Proposals and CRM: Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Industry Presence: Represent Ethos at conferences and events, and partner with internal teams on smooth client onboarding.
