Oldcastle Infrastructure – a CRH company – seeks a Region Sales Manager based in California to drive profitable sales in the OSP and Premise communications market. You will oversee Independent Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Associates, ensuring market coverage and alignment with growth goals.

The role requires 5+ years in sales, outside sales leadership, and strong negotiation and communication skills, with travel about 50% and a focus on major accounts and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sales.
• 5+ years' experience with outside sales and managing a sales team.
• Must have 5+ years' experience in the communications market.
• Ability to travel (overnight) as required based on business needs approximately 50% of annual time.

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable sales of P&C in the OSP & Premise communications market.
• Implement the sales and marketing plans for long term business growth while achieving annual sales goals.
• Manage and direct Independent Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Associates.
• Provide market coverage and hold accountability to sales goals.
• Develop and close strategic customer opportunities and build long-term relationships.
