Job summary

CRH's Oldcastle Infrastructure unit in North America seeks a Region Sales Manager for Texas to build and lead a network of independent sales agencies across Texas and nearby states.

You will develop strategies, manage pricing, build relationships with municipalities and contractors, and drive annual sales growth while delivering customer satisfaction.

Hybrid role based in Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston with travel; 5+ years in sales, 3+ in management, construction industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and communications skills.
• Strong existing relationships in the market.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a network of Independent Sales Representatives to cover the Texas market.
• Develop strategies for profitable sales in the assigned market segment.
• Create sales and marketing plans for long-term growth and annual targets.
• Manage pricing structures and key customer relationships to achieve revenue goals.
