Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Southeast to lead Pneumatic Products distribution across the Southeast region. This remote, individual-contributor role supports distributors and engages in customer and engineering discussions on compressed-air treatment and engineered equipment.

You will nurture distributor relationships, manage sales opportunities and pipeline, and partner with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in industrial sales or equivalent.
• Experience in developing distributors and channel partners.
• Ability to understand and explain compressed-air systems and engineered equipment.
• Experience forecasting, pipeline management, and account development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Pneumatic Products distribution channel throughout the assigned territory.
• Maintain distributor relationships and support channel partners in identifying and developing sales opportunities.
• Manage sales opportunities and pipeline activity, including forecasting, reporting, and follow-up.
