Job summary

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. in Houston seeks a Regional Sales Manager for South Texas to drive new business, retain accounts and expand opportunities.

You will partner with Inside Sales, manage pipelines, and travel for client meetings and tradeshows. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years in IT Security/Networking sales, with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years sales experience in IT Security/Networking.
• Proven success in complex sales environments and channel/direct models.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships, coordinating internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
• Develop account plans, manage pipelines, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Use CRM for lead generation, account management, and reporting.
• Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and collaboration with international and cross-department teams.
