Job summary

RF Connect is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Texas/South Central region. The role focuses on consultative sales, closing new business, and expanding existing accounts with complex wireless and network solutions.

The position supports remote-friendly work with geographic flexibility while engaging with decision makers. You will report to the EVP of Business Development and drive initiatives from proposal through implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales with complex, high-technology solutions.
• Experience in Telecommunications, Networking, Wireless, or related facilities industry desirable.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Strong customer focus and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, build, and manage client relationships.
• Aggressively close sales and meet/maintain sales plans.
• Interact with customers at the technical level when required.
• Remain current on relevant technical information through meetings and events.
• Identify DAS venues with no maintenance contract and propose a support plan.
• Prepare client presentations and proposals.
• Apply RF Connect processes in the design and fulfillment of wireless solutions.
• Support the company and broaden knowledge through various activities.
