Cribl, the AI-era telemetry platform, seeks an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager to lead security and IT accounts across the United States in a remote-first setup. You will build relationships with CISOs/CIOs, develop a business plan, and drive the full sales cycle from lead gen to close.

The role demands 4+ years in enterprise security sales, channel experience, and a track record of 5+ new logos per year. Base salary ranges $140,000–$155,000 USD with commissions and equity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security and IT personas.
• Experience with at least one earlier stage startup or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
• Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year and running a complex sales process.
• Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
• Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
• Manage the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Articulate our value proposition up to CxO level.
• Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets.
• Work across time zones as a remote-first company.
