MSA Safety is seeking a dynamic sales professional to cover Western PA, West Virginia, and Eastern Kentucky. The role focuses on increasing market share across MSAs safety products, managing a broad network of distributors, and driving opportunities with major accounts through strategic execution.

You will communicate customer feedback for new product development, train stakeholders, and use CRM to track trends and opportunities. Requires travel up to 30-40% and strong CRM/communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to six years of sales experience depending on level (L1-L4).
• Master’s degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.
• QSSP (Qualified Safety Sales Professional) Certification or relevant technical expertise.
• OSHA 30 Courses.

Responsabilités

• Increase sales and market share of MSA’s line to industrial, construction and commercial customers.
• Implement strategies for target markets and segments.
• Lead a network of regional and national distribution partners.
• Develop and close opportunities with top accounts; focus on VOC feedback for product development.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders using demonstrations, web casts, joint calls and business development calls.
• Report trends, competitive activity and opportunities into CRM; leverage internet/social media for product information.
