• At least 3+ years of proven results.
• Experience in an industrial environment (production, assembly or automation).
• Exposure to the South Region of the USA.

• Pragmatic and hands-on attitude.
• Able to develop strong relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective prospecting to meet sales plan for geographic area.
• Achieve the region’s revenue and profitability quotas for Interroll products.
• Present with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work remotely and develop new business across multi-state territory (IL, WI, MO, IA, MN, NE, SD, ND, MY, WY, IN, KY, KS).
• Forecasting and sales tracking for the region.
• Strong problem solving and drive to close sales.
• Understand warehousing equipment and solutions.
• Coordinate with HQ on policies related to compliance.
• Travel frequently to meet customers and prospects.
• Serve as trusted advisor with deep product knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver value and results.
