Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager: Natural & Pureplay to drive Hu Kitchen and Enjoy Life Foods in the natural and pureplay channels across the United States. The role will develop and execute business strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage key retailer relationships.

You will lead efforts to grow market share through JBP, promotions, and data-driven storytelling, while traveling ~60% to support customers and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a retailer HQ-specific sales lead in the food/beverage industry.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience managing natural channel accounts (KeHE, NGVC, INFRA, Thrive Market) preferred.
• Familiarity with distributor relationships and cost-to-serve dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Natural channel accounts and brokers.
• Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) with broker partners.
• Grow market share in natural and pureplay channels.
• Manage channel P&L, budgets and promotional plans.
• Lead cross-functional planning with marketing, supply chain and finance.
• Drive distribution and in-store execution with brokers and distributors.
• Use syndicated data to inform strategy and tell compelling stories.
