Mondelēz International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Natural & Pureplay to lead Hu Kitchen and Enjoy Life Foods selling in the Natural Channel and Pureplay space. You will implement the business strategy and coordinate cross-functional teams to grow our brands and share.

You will manage Natural Grocers, INFRA, and related accounts, drive Joint Business Planning with brokers, oversee the channel P&L, and execute retailer promos while leveraging data to tell compelling stories and

Qualifications

2+ years as a retailer HQ-specific sales lead in the food/beverage industry.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience managing natural channel accounts (KeHe, NGVC, INFRA) and Thrive Market is encouraged.
Familiarity with UNFI, KEHE and/or natural distributor relationships.

Responsibilities

Direct management of Natural Grocers, INFRA, and other natural channel accounts.
Drive topline growth through Joint Business Planning with brokers.
Lead channel P&L, pricing, merchandising, and promotions with retailers.
Manage broker reviews, track goals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Direct distributors, brokers, and field staff to hit sales and distribution objectives.
Utilize syndicated data to guide strategy and storytelling.
