Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Natural & Pureplay to drive Hu Kitchen and Enjoy Life Foods in the Natural and Pureplay channels. The role involves developing customer strategies, managing broker partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to execute JBP programs across retailers and online partners.

Qualifications

2+ years in a retailer HQ-specific sales leadership role in food/beverage.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience managing natural channel accounts (KeHE, NGVC, INFRA) preferred.
Experience managing Thrive Market is encouraged.

Responsibilities

Direct management of Natural Grocers, INFRA and related accounts, building partnerships through Joint Business Planning with brokers.
Lead channel P&L, topline growth, trade and pricing strategies; manage forecasts and distribution objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute customer strategies and promotions aligned with sales plans.
Oversee broker relationships and quarterly business reviews to drive incremental volume.
