Master Meter, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The role is home-based with significant travel within the territory.

You will develop sales strategies, lead prospecting and sales activities, and build trusted relationships with municipal customers and distributors. A proven sales track record and distributor experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of proven sales experience growing a territory with municipalities or government.
• Proven track record in sales, with distributor channel experience.
• Ability to forecast sales growth and market changes.

Responsabilidades

• Active territory management, relationship development, prospecting, and cold-calling.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and revenue.
• Maintain relationships with distributors and water utilities.
• Support distributor sales with business plans, training, and joint calls.
• Establish direct utility sales in under-covered market areas.
• Manage sales pipeline and provide forecasting data.
• Represent Master Meter at local and regional trade shows.
• Maintain CRM records (Salesforce.com).
