Master Meter, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and manage a territory in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The role is remote with travel to accounts and distributors, driving strategies to expand market share in municipal markets.

You will lead prospecting, sales and business development, building trusted relationships with customers and distribution partners. A background in selling to municipalities and a growth mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to forecast sales growth and plan accordingly.
• Proven track record in driving territory growth and revenue.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Active territory management and prospecting to generate new business.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and profitability.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors and water utilities.
• Provide support to distributor sales teams including training and joint sales calls.
• Establish direct utility sales in areas not covered by distribution.
• Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting data.
• Represent Master Meter at local and regional trade shows.
• Maintain records of sales activity in Salesforce.
